Made to Order Items:
For our made to order items your purchase will usually be despatched within 4 weeks of your order being placed and will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Signed For Delivery. If you are unable to sign for your package, items sent by Royal Mail will be held at your local sorting office. Items will be held for 7 days after which time it will be sent back to White Designs. If a package has been returned to White Designs because delivery was not possible, the cost of re-sending the package again will be the responsibility of the Customer. However custom and bespoke orders may take longer to be despatched, and an estimated delivery date will be emailed to you once the order is placed.
Delivery costs will be calculated during the checkout process.
If your delivery is for a wedding or special occasion it is essential that you advise us of the date or other important deadline such as trial with a hairdresser or a dress fitting. That way we can prioritise your order.
Before placing urgent orders please contact us, to ensure we can meet your time scale, as we can sometimes accommodate tighter deadlines
Once your order is despatched we cannot take responsibility for late or non-delivery due to factors outside our control.
Ready Made Items (Joma Jewellery):
For our ready to ship items – these are ready to despatch straight away unless ordered along with made to order items. In which case, all items will be shipped together once all items are complete.
Please contact us if you require any items in your order before the usual 4 week delivery period.
We are able to ship internationally but please contact us prior to ordering so that we can discuss international shipping costs and quote for your order.
White Designs are not responsible for any import taxes that are incurred once the products have been dispatched.
